I am Shoni Banica, owner/founder of Montessori Studio & Inspire to Aspire Education (ITAE).  My passion for education came about from my success in supporting children.  My definition of success isn’t  only based on good grades but developing a love for learning.

Inspire to Aspire Education provides Academic and Behavioral intervention strategies which supports children of all abilities in reaching their highest potential.  The intervention strategies are based on observations slowly building new concepts on already mastered skills. Our focus is to accomplishing goals that shows growth and progression.

We support children from birth through early foundation skills.  

Identifying teaching techniques, supporting developmental mile stones, behavioral intervention strategies and parent coaching are some of the services we provide for our clients.
